Okay, so I have been trying to install rxTools CFW on my O3DS running on 8.1 sysnand updated through Persona Q cart.
I have been following the tutorial thread here but somehow I am always stuck on the part where I first launch rxTools. Somehow the launch link is not working. I followed the video tut and it worked though following back the mset tut on the thread won't work.
Am I missing anything?
