Cannot open game files

Some how i get this screen when i opened it, i tried several attempts like holding A + B button and update the launcher, but it stills show this screen. Now i can't open any game file.

make sure your sdcard is inserted and is not write protected (switch)
then choose boot.nds

No it isn't

Try inserting the card into another device, maybe a friend's. Or at least clean the contacts with an eraser. Sometimes they get oxidized.
