Since my ps3 hasn't been used in several years now, I lend it to my brother to watch netflix. But apparently you need a psn account in order to access that app. The problem is that the console already has a account attached... it's been formated since then, doesn't have the same users. I don't recall email nor password. Now it won't let me create a new account. It says I need to contact the administrator or something (the primary account in the console). Is there a way to reset to factory settings, that is erasing data from old accounts? I already tried the common option within the ps3 menu.
