Hacking Cannot launch NSMBWii via USB Wii Channel

I cannot launch New Super Mario Bros Wii as a Wii Channel. (I used Loadstructor to create the .wad for the channel.) When I launch it, my USB shows that its doing work, then it says "An error occured. Turn power off, etc. etc. I tried cIOS 222, 223, and 249 and all failed. (249 doesnt recognize my USB HDD) Any help? Thanks
