Gaming Cannot launch game without latest update?

Hi,
I am trying to launch Cadence of Hyrule with update V1.0.1 so i can play around with the cheats as they are not working on V1.0.2.
When i launch the the games it says "a software update is required" and wont let me boot without it.

I have already played the game before on V1.0.1 (Which is just a small bug fix update) so i know i cant be a FW, CFW or update issue..

So what is causing this issue and how can i bypass it?

I am on FW 8.1.0 (AMS 0.9.2) and always have flight mode on.

Highlight game, Reset firmware version
