Gaming Cannot delete file

I recently recorded a long video using a capture device. I was able to compress into a smaller, but the original still remains. Now it won't let me do anything with it. If I try remove/delete/rename it, I get a repeating message saying I need permission to do it. No program can play either. They all give some sort of error message. Any way to delete this 19.3Gig video or am I screwed?

Try using unlocker.

Did you try restarting your computer? Usually this occurs because the file is still in use, though you many not know it.
