Hacking Question Cannot boot into EmuMMC (using Kosmo) - getting black screen

So I've successfully created an EmuMMC file (not using the partition method since my SD card has only one partition) and set it up as the EmuMMC in the Hekate menu, but booting into CFW (EmuMMC) results in a black screen and crashes the Switch eventually. CFW (SYSNAND) works fine like always. What could be the issue?

I'm using the newest Kosmos version and my Switch is on FW 7.0 btw.

Don't use file based.

File based emuMMC is dreadfully slow to the point it's unusable. I initially setup file based and would sometimes get boot issues just like that.

File based is beta and you really should use it. As far as your SD only having 1 partition, you can split it lol https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/emummc/partitioning_sd/#partitioning-the-sd-card
