PS1/2 Can you wipe ps2 os

That's not possible, there is only a linux CD for old PS2s with the HDD-port.
It would be really slow though, probably a Raspberry Pi 3b+ would be more usable.

You can bypass the OS for the most part, unless you can code your own BIOS and solder a new one.

1) Get a couple of hdd adapters
2) install a hacked oddosd with linux distro onto a couple of hdds or purchase the kit
3) setup freehdboot in a way which works with the hacked oddosd or freemcboot
4) change the default program to linux (untested, if not launch through browser)
5) run a program which can parrallel process across two consoles over ethernet similar to the PS3 server farm.

Yes I know its a joke topic but I thought it was funnier that it was possible in a way.

can slims work if used with a modified version of rhino and through usb via a homebrew solution (freemcboot/swapmagic/modchip)
dont have a slim anymore due to me actually trying to fix a part but of course for some odd reason when i take something apart. due to stress i brake it. i broke the power button. at least i have a joyriged(topless) freemcboot and have swapmagic for my ps2 phat. ( i have a giant fan near me and that ps2 as well as clean dust off of the internals [almost everyday]) also been practicing so speed running and found this . can anyone tell me this glitch was found or not because i know a similar one that involves the valves.
