Can you combine PSX eboots?

i ripped the iso for metal gear solid and made the iso's into eboot's

You can combine multiple ISO files into a single EBOOT using pops but I dont think you can combine multiple EBOOTs, all this means is that you will have to decompress them and recompress them as a single game and you can then choose which disk your playing by clicking home just like with the PSN downloaded ones.
