Gaming Can we expect Final Fantasy soon?

I always see the "count down to" on the High anticipated games And I always thought those were cool But nothing on this game yet.

I'm assuming you're talking about Final Fantasy IV.

Today is the 17th. I think the games release date is either the 21st or the 22nd. Wait patiently. A dump will probably appear on the 23rd (Unless the release date is the 21st, then it might appear on the 22nd. Maybe even the same day).

it's a set date as much as with any other game.
if you want a release date, with a popular game you can often follow the following ruling:
lookup the releasedate on gamefaqs or something, and add 1 day to it.
it will be released as rom on that day, or in rare cases up to 5 days before it.
i believe this was the case with MS7, and i think GHot EU also came a day early.

with less popular games it may happen it doesn't get dumped at all.

#1 they are only remaking the 2d ones into 3d, ff7 is already 3d

#2 the transition from ps1 to ds wouldnt be that much of a graphical upgrade even if they did

ROMs are released whenever the release group feels like it. FFTA2 (U) was unfortunately released two days after it came out despite being a highly desired game. I can only hope that FF4 will not have a late release.

I don't understand why this question always comes up. Oh wait, I do. People are impatient! A good general rule here is that the rom will usually be released within a day or two of the games release. I know, I know. Seems like a no-brainer but if that were so, we wouldn't have these topics popping up half the time there is a big name coming out! The rom can sometimes be released earlier due to people with jobs that give them access to the games a little earlier to stores breaking release dates but with no prior knowledge of such a scenario occurring the same general rule I gave applies.

not for DS, they'll stick with the SNES ones. But there is an upcoming "shocking ff7 announcement"
ie. they announced that there will be an announcement at E3

check www.gamespot.com for example
So who knows, a sequel, another movie, a remake, ... I recon tho it'll be announced that ff7 will be on the PSN store.. for psp and ps3 (i.e. emulated ps1 version, no remake)
But wait and see

First part of the game was awesome,the second part of it seem like they stopped trying and it was boring.....
