Homebrew Can TwilightMenu++ run DS rom hacks?

For example, I want to patch AA Prosecuter's Path with the English patch, but I do not know if it will work with TwilightMenu++ on my 3DS. Can someone answer this?

It should work, although if the game has an anti-piracy check, TwilightMenu will attempt to patch that function out at run-time. That patch may conflict with your hack.

Yeah, AP patching and whether it'll generally run the English-patched ROM without any issues. No big deal, I guess I can just give it a stab myself and find out
