Is there a fan made emulator that is able to run Nintendo 64 games on the R4? I do not know much about the Nintendo DS or emulation, but I have noticed that the graphics of the DS and the 64 are quite similar and have started wondering.

No the DS is no where near powerful enough to emulate a N64 even the Wii has issues.

Nope not enough power and extra ram to do so.
This has been asked a few times, and yielded the same answer.
    Sorry.

Just to make your point about graphics clear, same graphics does not mean same capacity.
