Hacking Can someone please help me?

I was hoping to finish a program that converts a save file region today, but I haven't been able to get help. I believe a save file region converter would be extremely useful, so please help me.
What I am asking of you is simple:
Take the MKWII Powersave: http://rapidshare.com/files/112612648/RMCP.zip.html (I will post it on a different (specified) website for those of you who don't like rapidshare), copy it onto your Wii, then extract it using the new save extractor by waninkoko, and extract it.
Then, just email me the folder at
[email protected]

Please, take five minutes out of your day to help me out
