Hacking Can someone please help me with priiloader

Hi All,

I have a wii which is on 4.1e.
I have priiloader installed v0.7 (r138) and also dios mios 2.2.
I activated region free gc games + region free wii games but this is what happens:

1/. Wii NTSC backups do not load

2/. Gamecube Original NTSC do not load

I read about adding other hacks to priiloader.
Can someone please assist me to get these NTSC games working on my pal wii?

Here's a tip: I bet if you listen carefully, the games are actually running with no video.

PAL and NTSC use different ways of updating the screen. You have to force the Wii to output its normal video mode (PAL50 or PAL60, whichever it normally does) and then the games will work. I don't know if there's a System Menu patch for this, but any self-respecting loader can do this (even the Gecko OS cheat loader can).

sounds right, if u insist on continuing to load games from the disc channel, u can look into neocorp. Then u can modify the default video settings used by neogamma (which is launched via the disc channel)

Alternatively, I'm not 100% sure, but wiimod and\or blind should be able to modify your wii's default video mode settings

Why aren't you just using PAL backups? I think they are even easier to find.

What about PAL Wii/GC retail discs? Are they working through the disc channel?

Yes wiismodrome they are now as i soft modded again with modmii.
But i read that there is a region free everything hack for priiloader.
