I mean I get to the part where I'm on the website, but I dont understand what options do what, or why I would want to go into rxMode.

Also I'm sorry I cant respond to anything, I'll be gone for an hour. Sorry if there's any questions.

System version: 9.2, old 3ds

You can't do shit on that website. Rxtools is a cfw which needs to run on the microSD. You need an emunand first. Then you can install cia on there.

1.- Launch RxTools with L to go into menu
2.- Advanced --> inject FBI
3.- Emunand, check TMB only
4.- copy the inject fbi for your version in root of SD
5.- Launch RxTools with L to go into menu
6.- Inject Fbi to emunand

Do you want to install cias on sysnand or emunand?

The easiest way on 9.2 and under is to use Dev Mode, under rxtools' advanced options (this is equivalent to running PastaCFW), then opening homebrew again and loading a .3dsx of FBI, which you'll use to install a .cia version of FBI.

Then you can (backup the SD and) create emunand, which will start with a fully functional CIA manager!
