Also if I were you I would remove the otp.rar asap as some crook or even Nintendo can have "fun" with it

Not really, it doesn't contain any identifying information.

This data appears to be random, even when multiple consoles' dumps from this area are XORed. None of the raw data here seems to match any of the console-unique keys

The only Console ID is the last 0x8 bytes and that's the TWL header.
