Nope, and I doubt it ever will, seeing as Martin hasn't shown life for months before I even GOT my DS, and that was July last year. Imo, No$GBA = dead project, so dead project = no future wifi.

Well, I have the same question as OP, and it seems to me the question was already answered. My further question is, since the emu cannot connect to wifi, are there any ways I could transfer my pokemon from ROM to retail cart, assuming that I have only 1 DS?

no$ is not yet dead... he is just away doing something else
u can't expect emus to come out every month and also being away for long doesn't mean it's not going to work anymore... take an example of pcsx2, their updates have long gaps

I believe there's a way to rewrite the saves... you can take your ROM save, put it on a flash cart with a program that will overwrite the save file on your retail cart...

but I don't think that's what you wanna do...

Other than finding a friend with a flash cart, and a DS, your kinda SOL pal...
