I have a old 2011 3ds running 11.6 and there is no cfw's, cia's or anything of that matter installed on it, I had homebrew installed on it about a year ago, but has since been removed, Is there anyway I can get NTR Viewer on it now?

Your best bet on old 3DS is to get a capture card installed, which is a hardmod. NTR Viewer is New 3DS only, and I've heard it isn't great even on New 3DS. Citra might be an option if you have a gaming rig; I have no idea what the compatibility on it is actually like, but I think most popular games work, and I don't think it's too system-intensive.

I know you can dump the saves with Checkpoint, although I've never used Citra and thus have no idea what to do to get the saves to work there.
