Hacking Can I overclock while playing official cartridge games?

I have Bullet Girls Phantasia the physical cartridge. Playing it on a Vita with 3.68 h-encore. I do that to get the downloaded content. So the game runs a bit laggy at times and I read about it being like that however other people are over clocking the vita. So since I have the game cartridge can I overclock it using oclockvita?

Oclockvita produces framepacing issues. I'm not sure if VSHMenu does, but you should use that over Oclockvita if even it still does
