I want to make the sysmenu black like my original wii console. Does mymenuify still works on vwii?

If it's too late, well, too bad for you, I guess you took @TotalInsanity4's comment a bit too seriously :(
Technically it still is achieving what he wanted, every time he loads up vWii his menu will be very, very, very black ;)

But yeah, it should be clear that tools that modify system titles not built specifically for vWii will usually cause an instant vWii brick. Don't do it. Ever. Unless that's what you want, then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

If you have any questions as to what is and isn't safe, look at the "DOS and DO NOTS of vWii Modding" thread

Worry not, I was just thinking about installing it but if it bricks I won't do it. I don't want to have my vwii broken.

well you could, and who knows maybe someone figured out how to safely add themes, but I still wouldn't take my chances, of course unless your good a modding and have ftpiiueverywhere (needs cfw) but lets say "how bout no"

yah but like I said, lets wait for a more creditable source, plus the guide is really vague, and miss interpretation will lead into bricks.

I once bricked a Wii by installing a theme that didn't match the console's firmware. Worst day of my life.
