Hacking Can i hack my PSV 3.52 ?

Hi,
I have a PS VITA 2016 3.52 + I dont have a PS3 + I dont have a base game because I can not get into the store without updating to 3.60 ... please any solution to hack? Or a tutorial.

There is completely no way to access the store under the latest firmware unfortunately.
You will need a PS3 in order to get a basegame for the time being, however @xy2_ is apparently assembling a method to transfer content from one Vita to another without the need to update.
