Homebrew Can I Get Homebrew Like This?

My (regular, not the New) 3DS Version is 10.7.0-32 U and I own Super Smash Brothers 4. Will I be able to get Homebrew like this? If yes, will anything happen to my SSB4? If it is not possible, is there any other way besides Ocarina of Time or Cubic Ninja?

No just buy Ocarina of Time it's cheap if you have a friend who can inject saves or a powersave

Yes, but you need Linux and it's not noob friendly.
