Hacking Misc Can I downgrade with burnt eFuses?

When I updated my CFW to version 13.2.1, and I don't know why, I also updated my sysNAND, and now I have 16 eFuses burned. Could I downgrade to version 11.0.1 only in my CFW?
If so, does it change what I have to do to update it? Or do I only update it with Daybreak or any other application?

What do you mean by saying CFW? Emunand or what? Atmosphere is a CFW and the latest version (at this moment) is 1.3.0. I suppose you mean you updated Emunand with atmosphere and your sysnand as well for some reason... And why do you want to downgrade? What's the point?
