I have a region changed 3DS with Luma 8.1 and BS9. But since i did the region change... i have a app in blank without name or content and my 3DS frozen when i use friend list or the right icon to it and i back to home menu. Maybe its bc i did a ctrtranfer and isnt a complete firmware. I want try installing a full firmware and then i have to downgrade. its possible or i have to conform with the pseudo 11.5 JPN region changed 3DS?
