Hacking Can I Delete 'TTMenu.nds'?

I'm using the updated YSmenu, and the download included TTMenu.nds. I'd prefer to just use the YSmenu, so can I delete the TTMenu.nds without causing any problems. Also, could I delete the skin folder?
