    That's the library for writing usermode homebrew for 3ds. Do you have any coding experience btw? If you don't, I would suggest learning how to code for the PC first, that would save time and prevent alot of headache.

    It literally takes 4 commands to setup a development environment on linux

    Actually, that's how I learned to program in C. I had almost no programming experience prior, and look at me now. Making crappy and completely pointless calculator apps. And that secret homebrew game that I have been working on. (Which may or may not be Picross.)
