No, there's no MAME emulator for DS,
BUT, fear not!
There are multiple retro console eumlators for the DS.

jEnesis
SNEmulDS
and a number of others.

I asked about this and there is a MAME emulator for DS but not a good one. It's called MarcaDS. Google that.

MarcaDS, my friend. of course DSPack is excellent if you're a Pac-Man fan. like many DS emus Marca has a small compatibility, but it's reasonable.

if the ds can only emulate those games (and that list really sux), then it probably cant get the full potential, thas why you get a gp32x or watever its called

MAME is an emulator itself... (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) you don't emulate MAME...

anyway, the DS is not powerful enough to emulate any machines past the equivalent of maybe Pac-Man, Donkey Kong etc.

things like SFII and MvC are too hardware intensive to be emulated on the DS. PSP, yes, but not the DS.

as previous posters have said, DSPack and MarcaDS are you only options.

There is an excellent Neo Geo emulator if you want to play sme great arcadey games. Works best with a slot-2 device that has extra ram.

They can play more emulators than DS!but of course he has more powerfull!
But if we analyse CPS1 dont have so much diference compared with the Neogeo system!

CPU is like the same, and Z80 sound cpu aready emulated in NeoDS!
Im sure DS can handle!with expansion or not!Maybe DSi run more smooth!
But i cant found any emulators for CPS1!

Theres no official site for NeoDS only a yahoo group! .. so maybe anyone can send a msg to them beging!

The Dingoo is a piece of crap, all it does is emulate the GBA then run a bunch of emulators in GBA mode. Woo two layers of emulation. If you have a DS with a SLOT-2 card, you can already do everything the Dingoo does and more.

That isn't true. The emulators on the Dingoo A320 are all native. They do not run under the GBA emulator.

Dingoo emulates NEO GEO. The GBA can't emulate a NEO GEO. How would the NG emu work on the Dingoo if it was running everything via GBA?

Likewise, consider the SNES emulator, MegaDrive emulator, CAPCOM CPS1/CPS2 arcade emulators. None of these can be emulated by a GBA, and all of them can on a Dingoo.

There is already a NEO GEO emulator (native) included with the Dingoo A320.
