Hacking Question Can Anyone Help Me Solve This Smash Ultimate DLC Problem

Hey so I've been trying to get the download the fighter pack five and 7.0.0 update and the cuphead Mii costume for smash but every time I do byleth does not show up EVER and whenever I try to go to the Mii creator in smash the game just black screens so if anyone could help me fix this problem that would be very helpful, Thank you


Edit: I figured out that the 7.0.0 update works fine it's just the DLC that's not installing

this post made me look at smash on my system. it's legit though. he was unlocked, yes. I don't know if he's from fighter pass 1 or 2 though. I didn't even know there was a 2 until I looked. couple that with the costumes, which aren't covered, and you've got some seriously greedy shit happening.
