Hardware Camera region work if different region?

I've been trying to look for confirmation that this will work but I haven't seen any positive or negative confirmation.

Can we mix and match regions? For example I have a NA PS4 and live in Asia. If I was to buy a Korean PS4 camera would it work? It's just cheaper to buy one here than have it shipped from home.

It should work fine. The PS4 is region free, so there's not really a difference with hardware/software.

It should be region free.

On the other hand Nintendo region locked Wii U Gamepad for no apparent reason.

I can confirm it works. Well... it'd generous to say it works well... The speech doesn't work pretty much ever and Dance 2014 was a completely nonfunctioning bust... but I don't think either of those are region related.
