Hardware Camera problems

Hello.

I have an issue with the 3ds camera. Its not working in home menu/3ds Camera, but its working on Mii maker, Tomodachi life, DSI camera and etc.

Anyone help me diagnose the problem and find fix for it.

Try either SysNAND Restore (safe) if you ever made a NAND *.bin or use CTRTransfer.

If you don't have custom firmware and haven't updated to the lastest 11.8.0-41E firmware, try that too.

Well I have the latest firmware and I tried to restore the backup, 'but says not a valid NAND backup'. Still not working.

P.S.: I have not mentioned in the previous post that the inner cam is working in all the apps. only the outer ones are not working with 3DS camera.
