Call of Duty Vanguard problems...

Hello. I recently got Call of Duty: Vanguard. But I have problems with it.
In the menu, you can choose other Call of Duty's to play, such as Warzone and Infinite Warfare.

The problem is as follows:
When I want to play them, I select Campaign and it says Launching Game in 5 seconds. Once the time is over, nothing happens, like ever. Just nothing happens, no errors, nothing...
And it happens with all of them, except on Vanguard it says that it's locked. It's a brand new game, so no scratches on the disc...

Can anyone tell me what is happening?? Or did I buy a $60 piece of crap that doesn't even work....

Did the game finish copying? I couldn't select anything in king of fighters xv until it was even when it said enough had been copied.
