Hacking Call Of Duty 4 problem

im having trouble playing cod4 as it runs really slowly, and its not cause of the memory card. im using the 1.07 kernal. anybody have any idea what the problem could be? is this a known problem? im gonna try redownoading the rom from another place see if that does anything, any other ideas?

Hmmmm, this might come as a surprise to you but I am not psychic. Could you by some chance tell us what flash cart you are using?

golden, you of all people know that im using an acekard, and isnt every thread in here about acekard by now? they should just rename this forum to acekard & others....but yea i cant figure out what the problem is, the game loads, and its runs, but sooooo very slowly, and i tried from both sdhc and nand....

The game itself is quite laggy, that may be the problem.

Yes, I was 90% sure you were using AK but since you said kernel 1.07 I got confused as the AK starts at 4.01 firmware so I thought we were not on the same page.

Anyway, I have your fix if it is not because of the memory card, turn off DL play in the special menu. That will most definitely fix it.

I hope 4.07 actually fixed some much needed DL play games. Can't test now but I am hoping MKDS and MPH are fixed.
