Hacking Bypassing the DS firmware language with flashing cart?

For games in multi3 or multi5 with no language selector at the beginning, the language of the game will be the one of the DS, right?

So, it is possible to bypass this feature with one of the flashing card on the market? For example, the ability to launch a multi-languages game with the language of the flashing card OS, not the one of the DS.
