Gaming Bye Bye Wii?

Guys, relex there is still enough good stuff comming to the wii. The only reason the E3 looked suckisch was because Nintendo rarely ever play all of their cards.

As for me, I will never get a PS3 or XBOX 360, I'm satisfied with my Wii.

Granted, most of those are on other consoles too. Can you honestly tell me NONE of these games peak your intrests? They should turn out above 70% with a few flops. Did I miss a game to look out for?

Anywho, we know a Zelda Wii is trying to use unique ideas and Miyamoto said you could leave it to him to make a Super Mario Galaxy 2. So be quiet and wait until the Tokyo Game Show if you're that intent on selling it.

I might actually be able to justify buying one game per month though. The only reason I'd get a PS3 over the 360 is because I also want a Blu-ray player. To be honest, I actually play more Gamecube than Wii games on my Wii, but as time goes on more & more good Wii games come out. 80% or more aren't worth playing, but that 20% is more than I'd be able to buy anyway.

Exactly. I love Nintendo and I would never get rid of my Wii, but still going to get a PS3 beacuse Nintendo getting too casual. I know, it sucks that the PS3 isn't moddable (and won't be very useful when it is) but the Blu-ray is a nice feature.

i would just like to say... don't buy a ps3 it's a mistake, get a 360 if you're not happy with your wii.

blu-ray does not make any difference, just dont buy one.

i'm sure if blu-ray drives on consoles were so important, ps3 wouldn't be the worse selling console.

I would not get rid of my wii, i may buy a ps3 one day, just to say i own one, but its not essential.

I'm not even interested in HD until my old TV dies and I get lasik for my eyes. By then, they'll actually be putting all games out in 1080 instead 720 then something like Blu-ray might actually make a difference for me. Until then, XBOX360 does for me what my modded Wii doesn't. Sony HAD to wow you at E3. They've already lost BILLIONS gambling on the PS3. Nintendo seems to have taken things in stride because they've actually turned a huge profit on their gamble and expanded the video game market in the process.

even if it becomes moddable, you'll have to download around 25gig isos and burn them using blue rays burners (which are still not commercially available, at least at a afordable price) and of course burn them on bluray disk that now are priced around 10 euros a disk over here.
Unless they hack it so that you can play the games from the hard drive i don't see it coming soon

Yeah, but I'm sure most games are a LOT smaller than 25 GB. And Blu-Ray disc drives aren't actually that expensive. They're around £100 over here, so they're probably cheaper in the US. It would be fairly expensive right now with all the discs, but it's on its way to being affordable. (Y)

Alright another 2D Wario game not developed in-house by Nintendo. Can't wait to play this hot successor to Wario: Master of Disguise. Also NES style controls and Wiimote shaking, amazing! Truly this is the innovative title that will redeem the console.

In all seriousness, my Wii is also my Gamecube, I can't sell it. I just don't see myself buying more than a few more titles within the console's life. The people who get more consoles get more great titles, that's the way it's always been.

I'd like to see Nintendo's approach to Sonic. I mean it couldn't be any worse than Sega's.

After seeing Nintendo's horrible E3, I decided I am going to buy a PS3 so I can play Resident Evil 5 and GTA 4 and other great games. I don't like that Nintendo that Nintendo is coming with titles like Wii Music and the Snowboarding game, pretty stupid. But, I will not sell my Wii as I just recently got it modded, and I still want to play Brawl. Please Nintendo, make better games.
