PSxbox.net and Hopebuy.com seem to have the lowest prices for those, but you can check it yourself

2)You have to specify which version you want in some shops. You can also just take a look at the price, since the English one seems to cost an extra 10-15 USD

3) From what I have read, yes.

4) With saves, apparently you just need to take the SC saves and change the file extension to .0. Can´t help you with Wifi, though, sorry.

5) Almost perfect compatibility, flush-fit in the DSL and DS, and very slick design, I´d say yes.
