nah dude, for that price just for playing wii games? dont. i prefer to you the Seagate Go Flex 750gb USB2.0/3.0/esatap/firewire/sata instead. im not sure if its still 60 dollars but it acts as those thing i just listed with an adapter if you want to use it for other stuff too, plus its cheaper.

If that needs a power plug to work it, I wouldn't really suggest it, it's better to use an External HD that runs when plugged into the Wii, less faffing, and less of a need for electrical outlets to drain into your powerbill. Have a little look around, you can get some pretty good sizes that don't need power..not sure if they go up to 1TB though.

I have a 2.5" Samsung S2 1TB that runs off the USB port. The cheaper 3.5" drives need external power. I use the S2 for both Wii and PS3.

Don't get a Seagate drive. At least, if you do get/have one, don't expect it to last a year of use.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
Veho @ Veho: That's a relief to hear. Do you know what happened?
