Gaming Burnt out trying to mod a core psp. help?

I was messing around with Chickhen and trying to get it work forever. i have the REGULAR psp. everyone told me'' GET A REGULAR PSP ITS SO EASY!'' well i go pay 100$ and its the most annoying thing ive ever dealt with in my life.

all i want to do is play snes and ps1.

Don't mess around with ChickHEN, because you don't need to. If possible get a pandora battery, that's the easiest way to do it, that and Rain's Ultralite MMS maker. I've never bothered with ChickHEN, however, I have heard that it can take several hundred tries to get it to work, which...when you have pandora as an option seems rather tedious. Getting ChickHEN to work from what I've heard is pretty much a matter of luck provided your on the right firmware.

Yup that would be a pandora battery. Chickhen is for psp 2000/3000 with unhackable boards and 5.03 ofw.

Pandora's don't make a PSP "brick-proof" they just mean you can unbrick it if you mess something up...I should probably mod one of my batteries to it.
