Burnout Dominator

I only have 1 thing to say about this game:

Where are the crash challenges?!?!?!!?! That was the best part of the games and they took it out.

Burnout Revenge concentrated on destruction (loads of crash modes), so they're trying something different with Burnout Dominator, they're concentrating more on the racing aspect.
Maybe the next game will have lots of races and crashes, I think they just want to see what kind of game people prefer.

jumpman is there anything new in the game? well thats a disappointment.

This isnt burnout 5, thats released later this year. I don't like the fact that it has no crash mode in it. It gets really confusing after playing burnout revenge.

Well I'll be, I coulda sworn this was 5 but it's actually 4.5

The only "new" thing they offer that I know of are Burnout chains which I believe aren't new per say but just added back in after being removed from Revenge.

Now that what i call sh** when a sequel to a game is worse than the previous version.

Burnout 5 is coming to the xbox 360. I'm not sure if the PS3 is also getting a release. EA seem to make a good game and then sequel it to death until everyone gets fed up of it.

Been playing this on the PSP. Personally I think the series peaked at Burnout 3.

Burnout 1 = Hey this is kinda interesting
Burnout 2 = Hmm, crash mode.....
Burnout 3 = OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

Anything after that they just made the cars shinier and sleeker but nothing new to the gameplay.... apart from those terrible EA Trax songs. I'm just glad the Xbox versions lets you change the soundtrack.

I'm playing Burnout Dominator on my PSP at the moment. I'm not missing the crash mode because I never liked it though

It's a pretty good game but it makes you feel like you have A.D.D. with the menus and car selection screen. Geebus, this game looks like it was made by the same people who brought us the MTV Xbox360 unveiling event.

It wasn't originally by EA but EA ended up eating the little company and took over at #3
