Hardware bug wii u when the game launch

i have a problem : on my wii u setting i got 3 title named ''???'' i don't know what is it but the problem is not here : when i lauch my disc mk8 the game don't launch. (i put my save in my usb) and when i want to put my save in my wii u he tell me ''an error hapened'' or something like this. can someone help me ?

the savegame HAVE to be with the SHARED DATA and update.
