Hardware Bug or wireless adapter failure?

Hello.

I never encounter this sort of error. It began when my vita shutdown randomly and when i boot up again, the wifi cannot be used. Im using quick access to enabled wifi and when i exit quick access and back it again, it will grey out. Then, im tried to enable through settings, when i ticked wifi, not even 1 access point available although it supposed to have several here.

I tried to turn flight mode and it load several seconds showing error c2-16064-7 and shutting down. Quite frustrated, i began looking on setting if i made some mistakes and it turns out my mac address is blank.

I looked on the internet and saw playstation community suggested to restore setting, restore system and update.

Done all three but the error still persist. Is there any solution?

type in ssid and any security manually. use a hidden ssif open security network, still typing in ssid manually..with an option that says something like enter manually. try a known open network such as a nearby library.
