Hacking Bubble hack.

Do you think someone could please explain in detail how to do this hack and set it up:

I have got a psvita on 3.10 with opencma done but nothing more setup on it but have not got a clue on how to set this bubble hack up for future? Can someone help I posted in the other thread I made on how to setup cfw but no one replied. I just want to have ago with it

Edit: I have a PS3 on latest FW with a PSN account activated to use.

This isn't what you think it is yet, it will just put an empty bubble on the dash and let you name it, no launching. I'd just wait until quickrazor releases his which will let you run ecfw from the dash.
