I was wondering if anything has been made that allows you to edit .BRSAR files. I need it for a hack I'm doing. I need something that can either A) extract and replace files one by one or B) allows you to extract, change, and then repack the .BRSAR.

On another note, if the sound files are just out of place, could I edit that in a hex editor?
