As said by the OP is a downgraded browser. You can run BrowserHax in 11.0 if you previously install a Spoofed with an high version number Browser and then update you still have that Browser here and you also can still run BrowserHax with the old Browser in 11.0, but that will be uninstallable unless you have a way to install Legit Cias.
