Hacking browser update in 5.5.1?

so we know that the browser update didnt patch any exploits but what did it patch? Was it a browser update nag they includet? Like the 3ds got

It patched an exploit, the userland exploit that @Marionumber1 and @Mathew_Wi had. (The bad, and unstable one)
The one that wasn't patched (the one we're currently using) is yellows8's userland exploit.
