broken right joycon

hello people,
i am having problems with the right joycon on my oled switch. When I start playing a game in portable mode it gets out of sync by itself.
I have tried to change the rail, play with another controller and nothing.
I have also tried to re-synchronize them and nothing

Do you know why it can be?

You can try to remove all the controllers that the system is paired with and re pair them, you can also try to update joycon firmware.

How can I update the joycon software? From the console it tells me that they are updated. Is there a way to do it manually?

If the system tell you it is updated, then it is updated.
