Hacking Broken Photo Channel? (HAAA)

I was going through the Channel Management and noticed an entry that had no banner and it was just question marks.
Looking through Priiloader shows me a title of ???????? with the ID HAAA. From what I understand this is the slot used by older versions of the Photo Channel.
My Photo Channel is installed under HAYA as "Photo Channel 1.1"

Trying to boot this title just ends up in a black screen.

data is empty, all there is under content is:
00000007.app
title.tmd

Just wondering what this is and if I should remove it?

That's Photo Channel 1.0, probably badly installed or partially uninstalled, since there is missing data. Channel name isn't shown in any application because of that.

You can safely uninstall it using ATD, if you're wondering.
