Hi I was installing the metal lock to fix the joy con from falling off. And one of the ribbons fell off and I can't get it back in help!!! (

Lift the gray locking tab, insert the ribbon cable into the slot, and then put the locking tab back down.
Almost impossible to do with fingers, you'll want to use electronics tweezers.

You're going to need to take it apart more than that to re insert that cable.
