Hacking Broken Homebrew Channel, how do I fix it?

I was trying to download the latest Homebrew Browser but it failed and froze my Wii and now my homebrew channel won't even launch. I'm given a blank screen. How do I fix this?

UPDATE: I deleted it off my flash memory and now I'm in the process of trying to reinstall the homebrew channel.

Just use Bannerbomb again with the Hackmii installer and reinstall/uninstall it from there. No need to delete it manually.
