Hacking Bricked my vWii by installing cios from a wii tutorial

I downloaded and installed cios from a wii tutorial and bricked my vwii. This was before I found out that wii ios and vwii ios are different.
these are all the cios for the wii that I downloaded into my vwii (9, 11, 16, 20, 30, 36, 50, 60, 70, 80 ,90. 202, 222, 223, 224, 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251. I would include a screenshot, but I can't because the site doesn't allow me to. I understand that if my vwii is in an irreparable state I'll give up

Which one? The vwii or the wii u? If it’s the vwii hbc I can’t access it. When I start the vwii it’s just a black screen.
