More detailed info is needed. Isn't that the "error has occurred" message that appears on boot, when sdnand isn't working as properly? Im only assuming since it is in Japanese and it looks like it.. If you have Hiyacfw installed, and have sdnand set up, and this error message appears only when you try to boot to sdnand then it's not a brick. There are ways to fix this issue, or you could just start from scratch ( don't worry you can backup your DSiWare games, saves etc. before doing that, since you can access them through Unlaunch).
However, if you it's appearing on sysnand, and or you can't access anything else including Unlaunch, it might be a bit difficult. Btw, what did you do that resulted in this?

that's the problem i lost unlaunch. the error is from sysNand i don’t have hiyacfw installed, launcher is patched and was running twilight menu.

Do you even know what caused the brick? If the wifi board was faulty the ds wouldn't turn on (no error message). So replacing it simply won't fix your ds.

i don’t know the reasons of brick probably some stupid thing i do anyway i bought a board
Have you tried: https://dsi.cfw.guide/restoring-nand.html
And: https://dsi.cfw.guide/get-started.html
And if everything is done correct: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/installing-dsi
For if i read your panic note correct, it looks like it's unlaunch modding the nand gone wrong somehow (wich could be because installed while not fully charged).
Now there are more than one way to reflash the nand, but seeing there's a failure note, it might mean one of the following:
  1. You didn't have the filesystem of your SD-card set correct.
  2. You forgot to configure unlaunch.
  3. You could've just put the files of unlaunch not at root.
Which are easy to fix.
If your nand really is incorrect and you have a nand backup of this excact device you can always use: https://dsi.cfw.guide/restoring-nand.html#flashing-your-nand-backup-hardmod
